IM DIEING

If i dont go to the bathroom soon i will explode!! I have tried benifiber MOM and anything else i can find!!! this sux bad!! sorry just needed to complain! J

I hear you, girl... have you tried Smooth Move? It's a tea, you drink it at night and in the morning it all comes out. Or I think it's called Senilax? I know that senna helps keep everything moving. I had it once so bad.... I can't believe I'm telling you this... that I had sexual problems... I couldn't do it, because it was painful. So make sure you take care of it, right away!!! Benefiber works if you take it EVERY day, if you get backed up.... then you need something stronger. If you don't go in a day or two call your doctor, or maybe try a glycerine suppository to get things moving a bit.

I have t chew two sugar free Fiber Choice pills every single night before bed. If I dont, then I am in the same agony you seem to be in. Try em, 13.99 at Walgreens for a 90 count bottle I think it is and truly a life saver!! None of the other **** (pardon my pun) worked for me but these were awesome!!
