update sorry its been a while
OK so being that real estate sucks right now i got a J O B! i am getting paid rather well and i work m-f 8-5. So not to bad. i am off this week because i had prior plans but will be back as of MON. ANYWAY. I am down to 184 if you saw the chart (thank you GG) Because of my new job and the gym times i consulted withmy trainer and went down to 3 to 4 days a week vs the 5 to 6 i was doing. she said that i will be fine on that schedule so i am trusting her. although i have had guilt about it. i go after work on 2 or 3 days and on sun in the am the after work thing sucks cause you get all pumped up to go home and veg lol but i am still going.....i have done really well with food except one small thing.....PASTA...it needs to stop. i dont eat bread rice sweets nothign but pasta will do me in so i quit cold turkey. (im italian and pasta is like a staple) I need to eat or get in more protien i am not doing so well with that. i am however getting enough waterin finally protien is just so hard, i do shakes bars and eat protien rich foods and still fall short. but maybe with the pasta being out i will have more room for more protien. im doing well on my vitamins and all too. ok so my hair is breaking and falling out i wanna cry i know it cause i am not getting enough protien and that frustrates me. my arms look like skin glacuirs (spelling) and if i have not mentioned I HATE MEN lol BUT i am doing well despite all this. i am now fitting into some 8's but mostly wear 10's my breast lol where do i start. "rocks in socks" sad sad sad cause i had such nice ones lol. BUT nothing a lil plastic surgery cant help well anyway that is where i am right now if you all wanted to know. i knowit seems like i complained alot but really i am great. still dealing with the emotional thing but hey its part of this ya know. You look great Julie! You know Barrilla brand pasta makes enriched multigrained pasta with protein added? It's really good...I've had it and it taste just the same. The thin spaghetti has 10g of protein per 2oz serving...not bad huh? I think the trick is not to give up what you like but perhaps look for healthier alternatives...boy I've learned so much from this surgery . Just the other day I was craving pizza so I saw this low-carb pizza recipe on the FoodNetwork and I tried it at home and MMmmmm it was so good. Well thanks for the update, sounds like you are doing wonderfully...wtg on your success girl!

All I can say to you is at least you can EAT pasta, everytime I have it (I love pasta - and I'm not Italian), I get sick and throw up. It SUCKS, but at least I can eat salad, and I know a lot of people can't so I'm not mad about it. Have you thought about doing a protein drink in the morning and one at night? Or adding some unflavored protein like that beneprotein into your food? And your heair is falling out because of the surgery, I've made sure that I've had at least 80g+ of protein EVERY day and taken my vitamins with the biotin and zinc in them and my hair STILL fell out. So don't feel like it's your fault! And my boobs are looking totally crazy too. I hate it. What little I had is like all over the place. It's very frustrating. You're doing awesome, girl. I have a LONG way to go before I get as small as you are!
