Here's how I do it. Go to the main message board. Click into a message, as if you were going to respond. You will then see a "user settings" thing-a-ma-bobbie (very technical 
) Click on that and I think you can take it from there. The hardest thing for me is resizing the photo to 100x100. When that happens there's a lot of *delete explicative* happening around here.
