Feel free to ignore or join in, I am still working on my goal of routine regular exercise 30 minutes 3x a week. Last week it was a great thing to have gotten started early in the week, so that's my aim again for today. Tomorrow morning we are going to the free movie, so hopefully again Wednesday. Well, I'm getting ahead of myself, I have to do TODAY first.

Wellllll.... I totally forgot to do my blood sugar on Monday but DID remember to do it on Tuesday... 122... I was pretty dang happy. Have been excercising every weekday and most weekends (not this am though due to family crisis )
With all the chaos going on I am doing ok keeping up with my liquids and protein so that is a darn cool thing too !
