GA Info and a me update
To all the Feb GA gals we're meeting at Stone Mountain Park on July 22 for a picnic and we are going to walk up the back of the mountain. Which I've done many times, you can go at your own pace and it's very colorful. Hope to see you there.
As for me I'm doing great. I am in the 100's (185 pounds) but I haven't lost 100 pounds yet, just five stuborn ones to go.
I have hit yet another three week stall and I am finding that my appetite has increased lately. Some foods still give me problems and I stay away from sugar. I like food though. So I try to eat little. Yes, I know I need to start the exercise routine but given my life right now I just haven't had time.
I do walk but I want to start Pilates or yoga. So that's my goal this month, to get moving.
I try to drink all tha****er and the rest I just don't worry about. I get the protein in and I take the vitamins. It will all work out in the end.
I'm seeing a therapist and discussing all my life issues is so helpful. Hubby and I are finally happy and healthier than we have ever been. My son is growing every day and I never though i could love him this much. So life is good.
So that's where I'm at.
