Monday [early afternoon, but 'morining' for me]. 30 minutes, 1.5 miles Tomorrow same plan [Wednesday we have a 10am playdate]. One day at a time. xosm

hmm i really thought about this one cause i think i am doing ok in all areas but one....and its a big one...emotional! SO i want to work on not being so consumed with who i will be but who i am becoming and the hard part is how do i do that? Im so concerned with "finding someone to love" that i am forgeting to love me so i guess i need to focus on ME and love me however you do that. J

I'll start off by recommending THERAPY again. I think it can benefit each and every one of us GREATLY to have someone to talk to that is a unbiased, trained 3rd party opinion. But, I don't think you wanna hear that. So, how about making a goal to try some NEW different things this month, perhaps a hobby or a NEW interest that really helps you focus on YOU and enjoying YOURSELF. I know you already work out/karaoke/ bowl? How about take a few different exercise classes? A continuing ed class, maybe photography, golf, swimming, tennis, hiking, bird watching, fishing? Something NEW AND DIFFERENT but that really focuses on you as an individual [not with your posse, not as a shadow or with a buddy, but something you do on your own - something that lets you see how you work with the world around you in your new skin but out of your comfort zone].
