I'm back to be accounted for and accountable for July and for a healthy future.
**Pick a goal, one specific goal and think about how you are going to achieve that goal.**
I'm still trying to slay the exercise beast.
I want to do organized exercise for at least 30 minutes at least 3x a week.
I think I need to get started with it fairly early in the day to make this a success, and not leave it all till the end of the week, either. So, specifically, I want to start the 'work' week off on Monday by doing the Gazelle.
I can do this, how about you?
Gosh... That sounds like a big one !
GG... This month I want to consistently work on keeping an eye on my blood sugar levels. I tried to "promise" myself that each Monday when I weighed. This way I would do a finger stick so I would know that my sugar levels had been keeping at an even keel. I think that there may be a part of me that will see that those levels have gone up since first having surgery. I don't want to have to worry about more carefully monitoring my intake again and I just wasn't ready to have to "go back there again." LMAO. The worse part of it all is that my numbers may be totally fine and I would never know cuz I am scared to just do that first stick !
So for this month, every weigh in on Monday I am gonna do it... Scared or not...

I'm still working on the water as well. I got to make sure this becomes a habit and not just something I'm doing for fun... or whatever. Ok, 64oz a day for the whole month of July. I am armed with a new calendar to track my water intake and a 20oz bottle which I'll refill to drink. I can do this...
