Hello current participants!
Please make this continue to be easy for me and post here or email [[email protected]] me your CURRENT WEIGHT on or about SATURDAY, JULY FIRST. (Not how much you've lost, not your start weight, ONLY the *CURRENT* number on the scale!!!)
I will post the chart tomorrow and will adjust it as the weights come in, anyone who has participated months prior does not need to send me or post ANY OTHER stats except your CURRENT WEIGHT for me to update this month's chart. If you don't see your name on July's chart it's because I don't have your CURRENT WEIGHT yet and will easily add you once you email me. As always, check it for accuracy, cause I'm prone to have brain farts.
Of course, as always, I will love to hear more about how you are doing in a separate forum post.

PLEASE POST HERE OR EMAIL ME [[email protected]] YOUR NAME {the name you want to go by on the chart, which is posted publicly on Myspace}, YOUR START WEIGHT, YOUR GOAL WEIGHT AND YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT on or about July 1st. Those are the only stats I will need FROM A NEWBIE to add you to our happy group.

CW 153 (a doc's is 8 pounds more-but I go by my home scale).....does it still count when you have nothing on and pee 20 x's first thing in the morning tip toeing on as lightly as you can??? Holding onto furniture..... I even have it adjusted to be one pound under zero....am I a freak or what?
