How many calories do you consume per day?

I am almost 5 months out and usually what I eat is as follows:
Breakfast: range from yogurt, cheese stick, South Beach Cereal bar, glass a milk
Lunch: Wendy's chilli, a sandwich, lean cuisine meal
Dinner: chicken and vegetables or salad
snacks: cheese stick, yogurt, Soy crisps, peanut butter and crackers or glass of milk
My nutritionist does not want me to count my calories! Only my protein right now! I would guess I have no more then 1000 a day!! I usually range for protein 70-100 grams a day and I drink 64-72 ounces of water a day.

I started at where you started about and we are around the same now-because my doctor's scale is 8 pounds more than my home scale...lol-you are doing so good-I read your profile-are you having anymore problems? I hope not.
Anyway-I wasn't losing for 3 weeks then another 23 days. So I started tracking cals-I found I lose when I am having 1000 a day. There was a couple of days when I had 1400-1500 and of course didn't lose-now I am thinking that all that time I wasn't losing I was eating too much. If I go too low I don't lose either. Around 1000 a day seems to be my "magic" number. Sometimes it's really hard.
How about you?
I usually eat around 800-1000 a day. I do have a problem with my carbs. I really need to watch my snacking. (although healthy snacks) I eat more than 2-3 times a day usually 4-5 times (including snacks). I still drink my coffee just less of it. Usually 1-2 cups a day.
I drink Isopure for most of my protein. My fluid is usually ok. I can tell when I need to up it because my mouth feels like I chewed cotton when I wake up. lol
I work out @ home on our boflex and I walk and swim.
I started out day of surgery at 225 and now I am 163. I am 5'6 1/2" and wear size 10-12. mostly 10's.
