Well, I haven't been accountable and well, I HAVEN'T.
One week left of June [barely] can we have a strong finish?
Have you made your goal a HABIT? Can you say that you honestly TRIED?

Yes, I have honestly tried to make drinking 2 quarts of water a habit. This past week and 1/2 I have been able to meet and exceed my goal. I am drinking anywhere from 60-80 oz a day wooo wooo!! I have also stopped suffering from constipation thanks to my liquid intake. I'm happy. Thanks GG for the thread it helped me BIG TIME.

So far so good ! I have logged everything that I have eaten during the week into my Fitday log. Sometimes at night I haven't done it then but I have done it first thing in the AM so eventually I got it there.
I have been doing ok with getting my liquids but the protein has been tough. I ran out of protein liquid and no matter what I tried to do to "eat" my protein I just couldn't get it in. But, got my order last night and I am back on track already so I am happy (won't run out again though!)
Hoping that even if you weren't able to make it to your goal this month, that you will try it again next month !

To tell the truth, I've been a little low, emotionally, lately. Oh well. I'll get over it.
I have squeezed into a regular 18, but squeezed is the word. I suffered from dunlop's disease.
I'm going in for my 2nd dialation tomorrow and I keep floating up and down with the same 3 pounds. I just call it -60lbs and leave it at that until I "flirt" with a different 3 lbs.
My garden is doing well. I've harvested some tomatoes and green beans, and made "empty the refriderator" soup.
I hope all is going well for everyone.

I've gone froma 26W to a regular 14/16 and a regular large top. No more plus sizes for me.
From a 42D to a 38C bra.
From a 9W to a 9 size shoe.
I'm not drinking all my water and I don't keep track of protein but I feel and look HEALTHY.
So I'll try to drink more and eat more protien next month.
