I bought Kellogg's New Special K-Low Carb Lifestyle protein plus cereal. It is so delicious! It has a great crunchiness and a subtle sweetness, and has wheat, soy, and rice in the flakes. Here is the nutritional information Serving size: 3/4 cup Calories: 100 (if you add 1/2 cp. skim milk it's 140 calories) Carbs: 14 grams (most cereals are between 22-40 grams) Protein: 10 grams (most cereals have only 5 grams) Fiber: 5 grams (consistent with other higher fiber cereals) Sugar: 2 grams (most cereals have 12-18 grams of sugar!) Sodium: 110 mg (very low sodium) I went out to buy Cracklin Oat Bran after reading about it on one of the posts, and found it had high sugar and carb content with only 5 grams of protein. I have to keep my carbs and sugar low or I don't lose weight. I enjoyed munching on the Special K Low Carb dry throughout the day. I liked it a whole lot better than the protein bars I tried which had about the same amount of protein as the cereal! Well, I just thought I'd share my find! Rebecca

I've been looking for a crunchy protein snack and this would be perfect! Thanks for sharing This would be a good "on the go" snack since I can't tolerate protein bars. Sylvia

I love this cereal too. It never dawned on me to share my discovery with others. I'm glad you did.
