4 month follow up and ONDERLAND!!!!

I had my 4 month follow up today. I knew I was close to Onderland but still could not believe it when I stepped on the scale at the Drs office and it said 199 3/4. I stepped off and made Susan check it again. Still 199 3/4. I'm so happy I can't sit still! WOOHOO!

Thank you! It was a major milestone for me. I haven't had a weight that started with a "1" in over 20 years. I actually hugged my surgeon. I think he was in shock. LOL

So happy for you... You will never forget what you felt like when you saw that scale numbers starting with a 1 ! Congrats and keep up the amazing work ! -Terri

That is fantastic! Congratulations! I've been right at 201-202 now for a week and am also at 4 mos post op. My body likes to tease me and is going to make me work to get in that door of onederland! Rebecca
