Friday check in:
I did 2 miles in 33 minutes, I probaby would have kept going but DD was all up in my business.
If I do it at least 30 minutes tomorrow morning I will make my goal for the week.
SHhhhh, don't tell anyone, but I weighed myself after taking my measurements this morning [down a couple of inches here and there] and I lost 6 pounds since last week! The fruits of my labor paying off?
Come on, all, if *I* can do it, ANYONE can.

I think I have slacked this week...started a new job and my mind wasn't on drinking so everyday, I know that I did not get enough fluids...
I will get enough fluid in and then I can maybe break that weight plateau. I will exercise every day. I've wanted to do some weight lifting but have had to wait for my arm to heal completely. I got tennis elbow via the weed wacker. Talk about hurt....my chiropractor did some ultra sound treatments and told me no more weed wacking. Seriously, he said when we are out of shape and try to do something like that it will just tear the muscles. I thought later I should have said...well round is a shape. Most of the time, I am on it, but that day....a little slow.
So I have been walking or riding my exercise bike. I got in three days this week, I need to bump it up to four or five. I do feel better when I exercise and take my vitamins and do everything I should.
So pep talk to self: quit slackin and get crackin!
