Did the size 18 come out and bite you in the butt? NO WAY cause YOU ARE GOING TO FIT into the SIZE 18 in 2 more weeks and you have to be ready to bite it right back!!!! So, IMHO, you better be working that butt! Spill the beans, what have you done?

Did you drink your shake today? What steps are you taking to drink your protein shake daily? What kind of shake did you decide on, when are you drinking it, what are you mixing it with? Don't give up.
Grouchetta did not do organized exercise Sunday, or Monday or Tuesday or heck, is today Wednesday already? Fark! When I wake up, I will aim for 45 minutes HARD!

HEY GG~where've you been?
Ok well today I was 2 cups shy of reaching my 2 quart goal. I'm doing better-yes I am!! So this is what I've been doing. I have two 2 quart pitchers that I use to make our flavored water for the day and I get them ready every night before bed. So in the morning they are nice & cool. My goal is to finish those two pitchers (of course a pitcher each) by the end of the day and today we only went through one pitcher and I think I was the one who drank most of it. My hubby has to start out slow so he can't drink as much as I can. Plus he's on liquids so he drinks his meals. So there you have it. 1 quart and 1/2.
Guess who's 4 months out today? MOI!

Ok GG, I think I'm going to be doing really good this week. I made up a calendar with clipart of 5 water bottles. Each one equals 16 0z and I will be marking off as I drink one bottle of 16 oz. BTW does decaf coffee count? Just curious...I know stuff with caffine doesn't and of course I don't drink. So anyway - if any one is interested in the calendar thingie I made to keep track of my water intake let me know and I'll email it to you.

I seem to have no problem getting in fluids. Yesterday I had 113 ounces. Today we went to a baseball practice and I drank 74 ounces in the 3 or so hours we were there. I brought 34 ounces with me and that went fast, then I bought 2- 20 ounce bottled waters. I would have drank more but the water there was 3.25 a bottle and I wasn't going to break the 10 dollar mark on WATER. Funny thing, or sad, I guess, is that last year I'd eat that much money in food and then some not to mention all the soda I guzzled. Today I had my protein bar before I left, and a salad when we got home and I felt fine. I'm thinking of getting in touch with the stadium people [we have season tix] and asking if I can bring my own water in this season. I hate asking for special treatment but I think it's unreasonable for me to shell out more than 10 bucks a game on WATER. Today was the season opening practice so it wasn't hard to smuggle my bottle in, sometimes during the regular games they get picky. I guess I can get them a doctor's note if need be, cause really I don't think I can hide 80 ounces of water in my bag LOL.
From what I understand, what counts as fluids is anything liquid without caffeine or alcohol, including [but I don't know how you'd count it, ounce wise - ice pops and jello] and including whatever fluid amount is in your protein shake.
I have to say that at the beginning of the month I thought my hunger was coming back, but now that I'm getting in so much fluids it's gone again and I'd rather drink than eat. xosm

Well, I have been having some trouble with the tendon thingee, but I HAVE been moving. I mowed my yard yesterday and have walked most every day. I have to up my sessions so I am working on that. Haven't seen much in the way of a loss but I'm not going to complain.

Yes I am... Doing well... Fitdaying each day (cept the weekends) and even added Pilates to my work outs. SO.... Things are looking up (well cept body parts... they are realllllly sagging alot !)
I am doing my entries as close to my meal time as possible. In advance if I get the chance to but if not, as soon as possible afterwards. I also picked up some new protein bars from GNC and am hoping that I will have discovered at least one that will be a good addition to my "able to pouch" list !
