June GOALS

I think you must be as addicted to this site as I am. I figured everyone was in bed. which is where I should be. We have been painting the ceiling in the living room. Yuk!! Dropped ceilings are so hard to paint. Anyway, maybe if I keep the CIB by the computer or in my drawer. Remembering them is really not the problem I just dont like to drink them. And you know I drink one every morning for about five years. but now I can hardly stomach them. I have a whole box of sample protein shakes I need to break them out and try them.

I'm addicted to the computer in general, and terribly bored [and avoiding doing dishes] right now. I don't like sweet, never had, so the sample protein shakes were useless to me. I drink one Champion Pure Whey Choc [12 oz of H2O with 2 scoops = 46g protein] each morning and I can just about stand it. It's better with water, with milk it is thick and too sweet, but with water it mixes really easily and it's thin ... it's the only one I can tolerate and like I said, that's barely. I better go do those dishes! xosm

Dang it ! You mean to tell me I was the only one doing the darn dishes last night ?! URRRGh !! I hate doing them... My goal for July 1 is going to be to do as well with my meals and protein at home as I do when I am work. Heck, I post stuff to fitday before it even goes in my mouth. Come home and I am grabbing crackers and junk so from now on everything that goes in my mouth goes on fitday, during the week. On weekends I make a point of getting in all my protein and liquids I just give myself a break from posting it all. But I do keep up with my excercise on the weekends so I guess that I am not being totally lazy !! Thanks for all the work you have been doing GG... I really appreciate it... Good to know that someone is keeping me inline ! -Terri

ok my goal is to get to onederland. i thought i woud last month but i stalled so now i only have 5 pounds tilli am 199 but i only lost 10 pounds and 8 inches last month i know but i was disapointed....so i guess i need to up my protien like terri i am aweful with posting my food on fit day i was so good at it and now i sux. but that is not my goal lol my goal is to be a onderland resident!! J

By July 1st, I'd like to be working out at the gym. I have this calendar at home from Good Housekeeping magazine, and it has a "calendar" of walking routines that you can take to spruce things up. However, I haven't started that and I need to. So, my goal is to start working out and then for August it'll be that I want to establish my own walking routine. Jen Halliday
