June GOALS
I'll drink when I'm on the if I have to... Besides drinking I will be having a nice sf popsicle. That's all I've got...I'm going to drink more in the morns which I fail to do most days. How come I don't have your email addys? I have this forward called "six reasons to avoid the gym" have you seen it before? Its the funniest thing ever!

I need to be in a size 14 by July 1 so I can be in a size 12 by vacation in August. I'm in 16 now. I'm going to up my protein and water and eat less fat. I have been having a few too many calories lately. I'm addicted to tortilla chips dipped into cheese sauce .... YUMMM!!!! My trainer tells me this goal is attainable but I'm going to have to work harder. We'll see. (sigh)
My goal for July 1st. Hmmmm..... let's see......I want to be at 185 by then. I know that is 14 lbs in a month, but it is not unattainable. I have been losing so slowly due to the fact I have an achilles tendon injury and have not been able to exercise. It is doing better, so I can start adding some action to my regimen. I'm tired of not being able to MOVE!!

So far, it's sounds to me like you're quite in control of having the wedding your heart desires, and hey, you're marrying the man your heart desires so in the end whatever isn't 'smooth' about it isn't important since you'll have each other.
I'll keep on you about the shakes, though! How are you planning to remind yourself? xosm
