I am losing my hair!!!

I have been noticing that everytime I wash my hair that the bathtub ends up full of hair. I do beleive that I am losing my hair. They say it will grow back and I have a thick head of hair So maybe it wont be so bad. Is anyone else losing their hair?

I don't think I'm losing any hair [yet?] but I'm not losing any weight either, so I suppose it's a trade off;) Everyone on the main board says it grows back! xosm

Me too, my hair is in my hands every time I wa**** I am thankfull that I have very thick hair. Everyone on the main board says it is to be expected at 3 to 4 months out and that it grows back. I guess we have to increase out protein and remember to take our vitamins.

I am taking my vitamins and it is so hard to increase protein without increasing calories and carbs.

Me-Me-Me!! Isn't losing hair the worst Marie? It's scary even though they say it does grow back but not until the 7th month. You girls are lucky to have nice thick hair because I wish that was the case with me. Let's cross our fingers we survive this phase. Elisa

Oh we will survive it, We have shown we are survivors by having this surgery. But we may not like it for a while. I am sorry to hear you dont have a full head of hair. Mayve you can find a wig on ebay. love marie

I think I might be losing a little hair but I'm not sure. Before surgery I would lose hair when I would bru**** or blow dry it, especially when I combed it wet. And now it's pretty much the same but a couple of times it seemed like a little more then usual. I guess when I start waking up with clumps of hair on my pillow then I'll know I have a real problem Sylvia
