Old Clothes??
I was just curious if any of you saved any of your pre-surgery clothes? Like a pair of pants or a blouse! I just cleaned out my closet and I was going to save the outfit I wore to the hospital just so I could take pics once I reach my goal. Should I save them just so I could take pictures?? I know it sounds kind of cheesy but I need your opinions!
Thanks, Sylvia
I agree, I think it's a good idea Sylvia. Cause you gotta have one of those shots where two persons fit in an old pair of pants or show how baggy they fit. I can't wait until I can do that . Maybe you could just save your favorite outfit and give the rest away. It is kinda cheesy but I'm going to do it also regardless . So we can be cheesy together!

I guess will be cheesy together! It felt so good to clean out my closet and get rid of all my big stuff I didn't want to have any reminders. But I guess I'll save the outfit I wore to the hospital. I can't even imagine fitting both legs into one pant leg but it's going to be so exciting when I can do it

Bring out the cheddar !! My fiancee thought I was crazy when I tore open the bag before he was able to take it to the thrift store to pull out an old pair of pants ! I just had to keep one pair of jeans to remind me that I never want to go back there again ! I hated having my pics taken before so didn't do a ton of "befores" but figure with those jeans I will be able to remember exactly where I have come from !

Cheese please. I haven't really decided whether or not to keep one pair of pants. I probalby should just as a reminder. My support group has a great deal. We all bring our baggy clothes every third month and exchange them. We are all at different levels in this journey so it helps with the cost of clothing and we feel like we get something new. I have bags in the closet to take to the next one and clothes hanging just waiting to be worn. It gives me incentive too...knowing that soon, I will be wearing the ones I brought home from the exchange.
