Down 75 pounds! woohoo!
Terri....you are exactly right! I was over-exhausted, dealing with hubby's surgery....and I had been craving fruits and veggies, so I was missing a couple of meals of protein each day, so i could eat green beans and water melon! lol and I didn't make up the protein.
I have decided that if I eat veggies, I will just drink an extra shake that day. Some times I crave veggies sooooooo much!
