Down 75 pounds! woohoo!
Hey there, ladies!
It has been about a week since I have been on here....we have been so busy! Hubby's family is in from South Texas.
I went to PT on Monday, and I weighed in at 320 pounds! woohoo!
That is 75 pounds lost! YAY!
I can't wait to get under 300 pounds!

It seems like just when I feel like I am getting really worn down and weak, I will go and weigh in and I find out I have had a big loss. Then, I have to take a few days and really rest. It seems like things go in cycles...but it is hard on my body to still be losing 15 pounds in a 2 week period. I am not sure how fast others are losing at this point, but for me, it is hard on me.
This week I have had to rest, because I have hurt my foot somehow. So I have pretty much been in bed, except for the necesities (going to the restroom, cooking for family, washing dishes, checking on hubby, etc).
I think my iron was getting low, so I really focused on my protein, and on making sure I got in 6 meals, even if the last one was late.
wow...didn't mean to write a novel there!

Awesome job !
If you are feeling tired out make sure that you are CAREFULLY monitoring your protein. I know that just two days of "not doing my protein right" and I am wiped out. You need to make sure to have all that protein so your body doesn't start to break down...
