Hi girls, I took this to a support meeting last week and they loved it (even those that professed to not like bananas!) and asked for the recipe....thought I'd share with my friends on this board too. Takes about 15 mins. to make. Needs to be kept cold but travels pretty well. A good take along for the upcoming weekend. Enjoy! 30 Nabisco Nilla reduced fat wafers (or Murray's SF Nilla's if you can find them) 3 firm to slightly overripe bananas 1 SF/FF Jello Brand Instant Banana Creme Pudding 1 tub SF Cool Whip Topping 2 cups cold milk (FF/1%) Mix up the pudding per box instructions w/2 cups cold mil****il it thickens. Stir into it 1-1/2 cups of the CW Topping. Create layers: Put 10 wafers in a trifle dish or large mixing bowl. Slice 1 banana over top of them and then 1/3 the pudding/whip mixture. Repeat for 3 layers. Top off with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle some chopped nuts (or not) on top to make it pretty. Best if sets overnight so the flavor pops. Can also be used to make Banana Cream pie (minus the wafers and using a Nilla pie shell instead). This recipe road tested at Shauna's last meeting to a positive response. My hubby loves it....I didn't tell him it was virtually sugar free til he polished off the bowl!

Jackie......it is soooo funny that you posted this! My hubby's family came in from South Texas last week, and over the weekend I made both the pie and the pudding, and I also made a chocolate pie......ever one LOVED it! This is a GREAT recipe! Sandra
