So i read all the post for stalled weight and i wanted to post this. As most of you know i am a fitness freak i work out 6 days a week and more if i can. I eat what i am supose to and try to get what i have to in and I STALLED!!! see everyine stalles and we all know it and yet we are supportive to those who stall but we think "it will never happen to us" and when it does we are so hard on ourself. Also I KNOW you guys are sick of hearing me say this BUT i have been gone a bit so hehehe GO WORK OUT!!! I am 210 and i wear a size 12 210 for god sake i am not even in onederland yet but i attruite that to working out. Now as we all are shapped differently i am still a 14 in most shirts or a large but i was a 3 x. You ladies are so supposrtive to us all and i really feel a connection with you too. I want you to succeed as much as i want to. AND just think for some of us its only been almost 4 months. THATS IT! I know it seems like forever when we could sit down and order a appitiser salad entree and force a desert in ...lol AND you know what sometimes i miss eating that way. I started dating again crazy i know. AND MAN do boys make you wanna fill your face with twinkies..lol There have been nights when all i wanted to do was eat eat eat. AND i cant and it is frustrating that is what i have always done. Working out for me is my eating replacement. I run YES i said RUN. its crazy. I know i know i know you are all rolling your eyes and saynig h gawd shes back and she wont get off the excersise kick. And i am sorry it just works for me and i wanna share BUT....Shopping has also been a very bad nasty stress relief as well. I shop way to much and a month or two i need to shop again lol and let me just tell you shopping is way more expensive than eating...But peeps i do wish only the best and know you can do it! Kisses J

My weight has stalled too, I'm hovering in the low 190's. I"ve lost 50 so easily after my surgery. I'm not exercising because I have a horrible herniated disc in my back that is getting worse by the days. I am seeing the surgeon tuesday and I will discuss this with him. The recommendation has been made for back surgery, I so don't want surgery again. I hope you all turn around, I'm finding the more I'm in constant pain the more I long for comforts, like bad foods. I do know better, but often feeling bad makes me worse. Keep Up the good work ladies...

You are always so encouraging. Thank you so much. I have slacked on the exercise this week and after reading your email I am encouraged to go out and walk today. I had to stop my weights as I hurt my arm using the weed wacker outside. Now I have tennis/weed wacker elbow that I am babying. My chiropractor is using ultrasound on it and said not to use it as much as possible...so there went my weight lifting. As soon as it is better though, I will be back on that bench. I've been shopping too mainly because everything is bagging pretty badly. I'm down 68 pounds now and in a 22. I am happy for the 22 cause I started out at 440 and am now at 322. My math doesn't seem right but I lost 50 pounds before I went to surgery. It certainly took a lot longer than it did for the weight since surgery. One day it will be the 12, and I will just be amazed. Thanks again for your encouragement.

Hey, Glad the exercize thing is working so well for you. You're doing wonderfully. A size 12? I cannot concieve of ever being in that size. To tell you the truth, I don't exercise, just for the purpose of exercising. I have arthritic hips, knees, and ankles, and just going about my daily activities is a struggle. The 50 pounds I've lost have greatly improved my mobility, and I move more, and try to do more, than ever before. Every time I used to go out exercising, I would get hurt. Even doing normal activities, like painting the rooms of my house, I'd fall, and get hurt. I'm tired of getting hurt. I'll take my brand of exercise strolling the mall, or swimming in the pool, or giggling my son. When I got my surgery, I also got 3 months at their gym. I intend to go to their gym after I've reached onderland, and learn about strength training. I think that may help me more, overall, than further abusing my body with hard impact aerobics. It's wonderful of you to be so encouraging of others, and to try to motivate us to move our bodies, for our own betterment. Not all of us have the same motivation, or abilities as you. I wish you well with your exercise regimen, as I celebrate every pound closer to my own physical freedom. Gosh
