Feb lurker out of hiding...

I had my surgery on Feb 7, 2006 and doing pretty good. I started out at 265 and now am at 210. However I have been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks. I have been drinking all my fluids, eating pretty much protein, no more than 1/4 to 1/2 cup of anything at a time. I have jump started my excersize, added weigh training and swimming to my walking. I know that everyone stalls at some point, but enough already. Anyone else out there experiencing a stall?

I was stalled so long I thought I may have to start paying rent !! Just keep up the great work. Also you may want to try to log your food and make sure that you are getting in enough calories ! Alot of times too, new excercise can cause different muscles to be used and that may tend to impact a stall ! -Terri

Hi Sharleen~wooowoo you did it! You came out of lurkville...IT was about time ! Congratulations on your weightloss--I think you are great. Stalls are awful but don't worry once you're over it, you're going to drop major pounds and everything will be back to "normal". I was stalled back in late April -- so I stopped weighing for about 2 wks and low & behold when I got back on the scale I had lost -6#s!! Hang in there...you'll see. Glad you came out to say HI...so now don't leave us hanging on what happens with your stall and post more often ok? Elisa

Come out of hiding and STALL with the rest of us on the February bench LOL I have to believe that this too shall pass. xosm
