Hi Dana, I have been so busy reading up on Autism and the new therapy (MB12 nosespray and hyperbaric chamber treatments) my 2 yr old grandson is receiving. He is doing marvelous and nearly ready to loose the title and I am trying to educate myself in all of it. Mu daughter and her husband just did a video that is on his doctors website as well as one of Justin, to help educate other parents. I am so proud of her. I'm also preparing mentally for my tummy tuck. Awaiting approval. I saw the surgeon in Tampa for a 2nd follow up Thursday. He will only do one procedure at a time (happy about that) said its a 5 hr. surgery. He is doing circumferal procedure which will lift butt as well. It was so funny, he had me drop my pants and slap his two hands on my butt and pulled up, I was so surprised and my reaction out loud was "wow I haven't been spanked in a long time." He caught me off guard! There was three to choose from and one procedure entails a scar down the middle of upper tummy as well as front and I felt I didn't want that since I was so thankful to have RNY laproscopically to avoid that. Oh I am not looking forward to the 3 hr drive home from the hospital. Of course I asked how soon after we could do breast reduction/lift and he said as soon as I feel better....excited it all is coming together and I am in a 8 jean now so maybe will drop to a 6 afterwards. Oddly I have not lost a pound since Nov. and I did everything to shake up my metabolism but I am hard as a rock in core of my body so I am sure I am muscle at this point.

Hi everyone, still here but a little down, I am still at a stop on losing weight, since november...I havent gained but I am not losing and still have at least 50 more lbs to go to get to goal....I know that a 120 lb lose is great in a year but I just wish I could be doing better. I can't wait till spring gets here fianally (in Chicago) Dawn

Deb, good to see you posting, it's actually pretty cold in Houston too, for Houston anyway . Congrats to your husband, I hope he is feeling better everyday. As for the insulin I wasn't on it (diabetes controlled by diet) but I've heard of others that still needed insulin after surgery but in lower doses, some are able to eventually get off of it, if it's type II and weight induced. I hope that's the case for your husband. Hugs, Dana

Karen, congratulations on the cruise and all the fun. It's amazing what we can do and want to do now.....last time we took our little one's to Disney World I was just miserable. We hope to go back next year, I can't wait, I'll be like a kid I'm sure . Dana

i'm trying to live my life!! so much has been going on around here lately...it's crazy! i did want to ask you to email me so i have your email address again. we recently went wireless on our internet connection and our whole computer got wiped out. it stinks!! anyway...if you don't mind email me so i have that info and also i need your home address again...see i lost everything on there!! arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! thanks! btw....i'm loving my elliptical. i've been doing 5 miles a day on it. i split it up 3x a day(2 miles...1 mile...2 miles for a total of 1.25 hours) it's awesome!!
