hi saida: sounds like your doc has a sense of humor i know the cold hands, warm heart is probably not going to help either. lately, i've noticed that my hands are colder more easily but i just warm them up by sitting on them. course I don't sit on them for too long - haven't lost that much weight yet. but you're definitely not alone. stay warm, take care, and good luck saida. hope it gets better. dorthe

I have lost 60 lbs since 2/7/05, feeling great, usually go to the Y to swim 2-3 times per week. Congrats to everyone on the great losses! Chris

Hi Brandy I wanted to let you know I have been in a stall lately too. And I had lap-band so I went in for a fill yesterday so we will see if i start losing again.

My scales do that too! I think they are affected by the humidity after my shower. I always weigh just before I step into the shower. Leisa
