Wow! Everyone is doing great! Well I'vd lost 58 lbs so... 1237 + 58 = 1295

As of today I have lost 73lbs...soooo...that makes a new total of 73 + 1107 = 1180 that is soooo awesome! Brandy

Well thanks, I just worry. I mean I did not have this surgery to not lose the weight I need to. I try not to worry but...The good news is that I am in a 2X now and have not seen that size in years!! Thanks again and hope to talk to you soon G

I hope you are not getting another stricture too! I wish I could offer advice, but I have a pouch of cast iron -- nothing bothers it! haha. Take care of yourself and only do liquids for a day or so and give grouchie time to relax and unwind
