Topic: RE: Bread...or not?
Hey...thanks everyone for the feedback!! For now, I think I am just too afraid of eating the bread and clogging my stoma...LOL I'm a big chicken! But, if I do get the nerve up, at least now I know that others do eat it too. As for the other suggestions, I think I might try some of them...and the banana nut bread sounds great! Thanks again...and Happy Fourth of July to all! Sheila

Topic: RE: Calories?
To reply for my update... I am now at 157 and wearing a size 12!! Yippeeeeee I exercise at the YMCA 5-6 times a week and love it. I still don't eat much, have some days that I am hungryer (I know that isn't a word) and other days I can't eat much at all. I have found out that my pouchie dosen't like artificial sweetners at all. If I have sweet n low or splenda I throw up like crazy, so that has been hard to watch out for when it's food I haven't made. I also can't do chicken well at all. Other than that I do fine. I try to get my water in but have yet to succeed at it. I do take my vites, and the protein is a dail struggle as I don't eat enough to make my minimum of 60gms. I can't stand shakes but can eat the bars. I hope you all love your tool as much as I love mine. I hope you are all out enjoying life and learning to love yourselves. Huggs, Sharon

I don't eat bread most of the time, but I do have low carb wheat bread and tortillas in the freezer for when I just have to have it. They aren't the same flavor as white bread and tortillas, but they are still good for the craving.

Topic: Website update, and added pages
Hi, I've updated most of my site, including photos and progress. I've also changed the way my photo page works to help with faster loading. I've added a plateau buster page, and a super secret hard to find page. Robin 315/224/160

HI SHEILA: i've just taken my most favorite banana bread recipe and modified it. i use splenda instead of sugar, whole wheat flour rather than bleached, and put in lots of walnuts for the protein. i'm kind of bold in the kitchen, sheila, since i figure that i'm on new ground here. either i try doing stuff with fake sugar and whole wheat flour, etc... or i pay the higher price for the prepackaged stuff. since i'm basically a frugal person, i at least give it a try if i can. so what the heck, give it a try, you may find one you love. good luck dorthe

I'm stuck. I do this every few weeks and it's frustrating, but I know it eventually moves along. Hang in there. Jeanie -80 lubs
