Wow Cory, you can definitely tell a difference. It is hard for us sometimes to tell but others do see it.

I didn't have to lose much prior to surgery. I only have about 50 more pounds to go, and they still seem to be going pretty quickly.
Topic: Warning: Thinning hair and sunburn
Hi Everyone,
Just a warning if you are one of the "lucky" ones to have your hair falling out. I have lost a lot of hair since 3 months and really noticed it on vacation. I was out in the sun for about 2 hours without a hat and got a bad sunburn at my part and about an inch on either side. I never had a problem before, but I think I had a problem because my hair is so thined out. I spent the rest of vacation wearing a hat.

I can so relate to this. I was on vacation for a week and gained 2 lbs. I was even walking for miles each day. I thought I would come back and have lost weight. 
. I was so disappointed. I watched what I ate for the most part. I also found out that I don't dump on sugar , and also found out that I really get cleaned out quickly on reg. coffee. I have been on a platau for weeks now, so I plan on going back on a liquid diet for several to get back on track.

I'm about 5'5 1/2 weighed 258 day before surgery. I've lost 73 pounds so far down to 185!!! yippee!!! Dr didn't give me goal. My goal is about 150 without TT and boob job. Hubby thinks 145 I say after TT & boob job that may be possible. That's what I weighed when we got married and before I had 2 kids so we will see.so breakdown

I have pictures on my site now. I still see me as fat. it was hard to post these because I feel like I haven't done enough yet. The scales say I have.....
