Topic: RE: So how war your week?
Sharon,
For me it was a good week, as a mini-plateau broke. I seem to experience them every couple of weeks. Looking at my weight over the month keeps me motivated, as it continues to go down.
On Sat., I broke the -100 lb. barrier, which was sweet. Since then, I've remained stable, but am confident I can continue losing, ever so slowly.

All,
Just have to share...I finally hit the -100 lb. mark the other day, one week shy of my five-month surgery anniversary. I just can't imagine losing 100 lbs. any other way. For me, the tool of WLS has truly been a gift.

Topic: RE: 5th Month, How is it going for you?
In 5 months I have lost 80lbs and just got back from a trip to Sweden with my hubby. Life is good
Now if I can just drop another 80lbs!!! LOL
My weight loss has been slow and steady, but it has not stopped at all, so for that I am grateful. As long as I am losing, I am happy!

Hello, my week has been ok, I was stuck at 205 for awhile and today I am finally 203, I was feeling like that is all I am going to lose, I guess its just gonna go really slowly now, I have to get in more protien so bad, and I do good with my vitamins, umm water I can use more of too, I hope to break 200 before I go see my family next month in Wisconsin.

Hi Everyone!!
I am down a little over 60 pounds! I am a bit stalled at the moment... guess my body is taking a rest...
I am keeping up the protien, vitamins & supplements... my monthly B12 shot... and of course exercising!!!
I can do So many things I haven't been able to do for YEARS!!! one of the most FUN is buying clothing in the REGULAR size department!!! I am down from a verrrrrrrrry tight 24 to a 14 or 16 I have even lost a half shoe size
now, if I can remember to keep my profile page updated....
HUGS to everyone

Topic: RE: Plateau Buster Needed
The scale is moving again. I guess it was just a rest period. I sure hate them, though. The only thing I really did differently was for three days I drank nothing bu****er - still ate like normal, but cut out the diet sodas (sodium). I got in at least 64 oz a day or more. I did that Thurs, Fri., and Sat. Sunday morning I was down 1.5 lbs and this morning, another 2 lbs. I don't know that the "water flush" is what worked, or if it would've started again anyway or if maybe the secret is to complain about it on this wesite..
