Well that sucks! Nobody in their right mind would pay that much for shipping on a protein mix...

Topic: Allsportnutrition Protein orders?
Can't remember where I read this. Someone posted that they order Champion Pure whey choc protein supplement from Allsport nutrition and I beleive they said the price included shipping. I just received my order and they charged me $11.00 for shipping which made it more expensive than Vitalady.com where I ordered before. What gives? Karen
Topic: RE: So how war your week?
My week was pretty good...have had some 'cheating' days but kept it minimal. Did both of my aerobics classes, but have been having problems with my back again and did not do any walking. I started seeing a chiropractor yesterday hoping he can help me..I've been miserable. I've been doing awesome with my vitamins and calcium...and pretty good with my fluids as well. (not today though

Topic: RE: 5th Month, How is it going for you?
I've lost a total of 88lbs as of this morning. I have found myself making some wrong food choices as of lately and I've got to get back on the 'good' food wagon again. I have gone from a tight 24W to size 18's...some of the 18's (pants) are too big in the legs..but just right in the waist...my belly always was the biggest part of me!! LOL
I do Step Plus Aerobics for an hour every Monday and Water Aerobics for 50 min every Tuesday..and try to fit in one long walk one or two other days a week. For me, that has been pretty good. I am nervous about making the wrong food choices..and old habits coming back...and overeating. It seems so easy to do...I need to first slow down my eating...and then make sure its real hunger before I get started..sometimes I think it is just habit or boredom. So needless to say...I'm still working on the eating end of things...I find old habits do indeed die hard.

Pretty good, actually
Fell off the protein wagon a few times and hitched a ride on the carb express lol. Still managed to lose a pound, imagine that. Vacations are hell on sensible eating patterns! But now that I am home, I am back to Curves and my regular diet so things should hopefully resume! Still working to get below 200 and into ONEderland. Best of luck to you too Sharon!
