Hi Jennifur. I understand how you feel. I've only lost 66 lbs since my surgery on Feb 3rd. I just recently had a 3 week stall. I was so frustrated. I was always a slow loser, I guess surgery didn't change that. Congrats on the weight loss though. Just remember, even if it's slow, at least we're losing! Take care. Steph 300/234/165?

Hey, ya'll. I have lost 82.5 pounds. That seems about average with several others who had surgery when I did. I have lost over 75 inches and several clothing sizes. I feel great! I am SO thrilled and would do this surgery over in a second. I have had no side effects. I do water aerobics several times a week and I also walk. Yes, we are close to that 6 month post-op date. The time has flown! Best wishes to all you "losers"! LOL

I'm certainly no expert, but I do get concern about the malabsorption part of our surgery, so I don't think the extra protein hurts. But that's my uneducated guess

My weight is coming off slow, had surgery 2/23 and have lost 58 pounds and a total of 70 since jan., now I think that is pretty slow and I sometimes wonder if that is all for me. I have 49 pounds to go.

Dana I have lost 58 since surgery and a total of 72 since Jan. 1st. Right now i am stuck....................need to up the exercise and I think more protein and less carbs.
