Hello Robin! My name is Tamela Pittman and I am 5ft 7. I weighed in at 265 when considering the surgery. The day of surgery I weighed in at 257 and that was February 23, 2005. As of today July 30th, I weigh 185 pounds. I feel great! I am way ahead of schedule according to the BMI chart. I have lossed 80 pounds. The only problem I have is losing my hair. I have not gotten used to how frizzy it is right now. I will get my husband to take a more recent picture of me and I will add it to my profile page as soon as possible. Topic: What the heck???

Hello fellow Febbers, I want to see if this is happening to anyone else or just me... The last 3 days or so I have been so hungry at meal time. I have been able to eat more food than I normally do (which is usually 3 bites) I am getting paranoid that I am stretching my pouch, or that my surgery may fail on me.... I just don't know how normal this is. I will put a sample of what I ate today so that you can give me input (didn't eat great as I worked a wedding all day long and had to eat what was brought to me) B~1 1/2 pieces of bacon, wrapped in a lettuse leaf L~3/4 of a Chicken Fajita Pita (Jack in the Box) D~1 Cheese enchilada and about 10 chips Okay do tell.....

Topic: Got a great compliment today

My mom, sister, and I frequent this nail salon. Well...we used to go there often but since my surgery I have only been there once. Anyway...we walk in and they ladies were all saying hi to my mom and sister and asking where I was! I was right there...they didn't recognize me at all. That felt so good..and the whole time they kept going on and on about how great I looked. It totally made my day! Just had to share my great day with you guys. Steph 350/330/210/175
