Goldie: Thanks for the tip and I have heard others say that it grows back as well. I am so excited because I am glad I am losing all the weight which is way far better. What a wonderful change the surgery has made in my life. I bought a two piece bathing suit this week for our trip to Galveston. It was a size 12 to 14. I was shocked because the smallest I had been in 10 years was an 18 and that was up to 3 years ago. Then I wore a 20 on up to about a 22 before the surgery. I am glad I have others to talk to about the surgery and life after. Thank you! Tamela Pittman Keep in touch!!!

Hey Brandy! First of all, you are just as cute and as pretty as you can be! CONGRATS on your weight loss! Next, I have had the same problem and think so many of us go through this. The last couple of months have been so hard for me as far as weight loss. I could not figure out what the problem was and then it hit me, my body is getting use to everything and that is slowing things down. I really agree with what others are saying but I think that you need to SHOCK THE HELL out of your body. Starting Monday, go back to the basics of this surgery, hit the protein and water....and little food. Do as one lady suggested and do 2 meals of protein shake and the 3rd as like a salad with tuna or a light meat and veggies. Keep your water going through the day then do a exercise that you don't normally do. I have been going to Jazzercise like 3 or 4 times a week and thought surely that the weight would fall off after me working my butt off so many days. BUT, my body got into a groove and the weight was harder to come off. I think I was losing inches and gainning muscle. Last week, I did not go to Jazzercise, I went to the track and walked and jogged as much as I could for 2 miles and I shot down 4 pounds in the last 3 days. IT makes me want to go to the track EVERYDAY! Just try something different for the next couple of weeks and see what happends. I know everyone is different but just try it. Good luck with everything and I am so very proud of you and how far you have come. Please try and not be too upst and discouraged. God bless you and keep your head up, you are beautiful!! All my love, Christina

I've been drinking two meals most days, and that has kept me moving. Robin 315/213/160?

Topic: RE: Cheating VS. Guilt!
I think that the past has trained us that if we eat the wrong things we will gain weight back. For most of us, I think it comes from the fact that all our lives we have been dieting, or gaining. We feel like if we eat one normal food, we will start that evil gaining faze. I think you have to try to eat well most of the time, but I try not to feel too guilty when I have something "bad". I discovered that by squating every time that I need a file at work, I can make up a little for the fact that I have to miss my yogalottes class.

That is great! I've been walking for exercise and I love that I no longer need to stop and catch my breath and that I can walk without pain now. Congrats on losing 66 pounds! Sheila
