Dana, Thanks for the help with the picture but I must not have a picture small enough even tried to resize a few and it didn't work. Also thank for telling me how you did with loosing those pounds. I will be trying that one myself...I guess I will exercise when I can get a tread mill, so until then I will continue to do what I can. It is starting to get very cold here and we have snow coming in this week. Take care and Thank you for all your help - deb k.

Hi Deb, I struggle to with the scale, I'm so addicted to it. Been finding myself testing the waters way to much and saw a number on the scale I didn't like (128.3) on Sunday. Monday morning I started a 3 day liquid diet, go to the grad board I posted there. Well anyway as of this morning I was back down to 123 lbs and I feel so much better mentally and I'm not hungry. The carbs were giving me fits before I did this.
Sorry I can't help with exercise I haven't done well with it at all.
As for your picture, go to the Main Board and on the left of the screen go to User Settings to add your posting picture back.

Kia, congratulations on your pregnancy. Is this your first child? Try not to stress about the weight gain, you have to gain some to make sure your baby is healthy. Make the best choices you can and know that after you deliver, your tool is there and will help you get the excess baby weight off.
Best wishes!

I have been hanging out at the grad board. I do check back once in a while, I really miss hearing how everyone is doing and where they are. Thanks to those that have up dated. Myself I struggle with that awful scale and exercise is the pits no matter what I try. So I decided to go back to the beginning and walk 2 miles daily. I don't know very much about weight training - can anyone help me out ? I don't even know where to start. The scale goes up and down, but I would like to loose some more weight. I didn't reach my orginal goal from my dr.'s - he wants me to be 115lbs. That last 15 lbs are not moving. God bless all the February grads and keep in contact. P.S. when I moved to the new web page I lost my picture on the left hand side of the page and I don't know how to get a new one in place of it so I am faceless for now! LOL! deb k

Down 119 but rising ( I am pregnant and I have gained 13 lbs so far ) and TRUST ME it isn't a happy feeling to see that number rising for any reason (but I am trying to ignore it lol).

I try to stay around 125 so that puts me at 140lbs down normally. If Im not careful I can go down to 115 fast which is just to skinny for me since Im 5'6. I have to weigh every day so I can catch it fast to make sure I dont go too low.
Great job everybody!
Lap, Im so proud of you for getting control back, thats a hard thing to do and you should be very proud!! You look awsome girl!
