NO where near my goal

I don't understand what I did wrong, but I'm no where near my weight goal. I'm having a very hard time getting out of the 200's. I'm doing a very low carb diet and working out as much as I can, without hurting my back. Does anyone know anything about diet pills that can help get me out of the 200's. I would be so happy to reach 190. It's just not fair that I'm over a year out and No where need near my weight goal. I feel like a loser. [not in a good way] Sorry to vent. But I just need to let out some steam.

Maria, Please don't give up on your weight loss. Have you tracked everything you eat, to make sure it is protien first and plenty of water. Take your charts to you nutrisionist and maybe she can help. Remember muscle does weigh more than fat. You can still loose weight - good luck and God bless...P.S. Pills don't work because if they did we all wouldn't have had this surgery.

Hi Deb, I've been keeping notes all everything I eat on fitday so that does help. For the next 2 weeks I've been place on the atkin's diet. And I find it not so easy to do. I blew it yesturday. But I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I didn't hink protien first of the day. So I'm going to do that and I'm going to have up my water in take again. I see that I've been lacking with that. As for working out, I need to step it up by another day. So far I only work out 2 a week. I'm not giving up, I can't I went threw a sugery so I won't quit on myself. It just gets hard for me to see other people ready for their body lifts and already reach their goals and they are out before 6 months and I'm still not out of the 200's yet. I'm very happy for them, I just want to be there with them. God Bless you and Thank you for you kind words. Maria
