Anyone experiencing weight gain?
I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing weight gain? I started at 284 and have continually been losing - It has been quite slow lately but the last couple of days it is creeping up. I did hit 158 lbs but today the scale shows 164. Let me tell you I am feaking out. I have started to track with Fitday.com to see if I am screwing up and to get an idea on what I am eating. I am exercising and do my water and vitamins. I am really scared that I am a failure.

Karen, I had this same reaction last week, I'd stayed at 119-120 for almost 5 weeks and then last week the scale showed 123.4 :angry:, I'm back down 1 lb today. I doubt it's real weight gain, more likely water, that time of the month, etc.
I'm working on making good choices all the time. Follow the rules, I'm sure you'll see the scale go down again.

I play with three pounds on a weekly basis. I find that it really has to do with my stress levels, time of month, and the choices I am making.
Don't let it get you down. Use it to your advantage to spark the fighter in yourself. This is not going to beat us anymore. We've come to far to go back now, right?
