One Year Anniversary Today!!!!!

Hello All!!! I just feel happy and blessed that I am celebrating my one year anniversary today. It feels like it was only yesterday but then again it feels like I've come a long way. I have now lost 127lbs (before and after surgery) I feel and look so much better and I have even come off my blood pressure meds. I can breathe now when I walk for a distance and don't feel like I'm going to die. I am really thankful to God!!! I hope to update my pictures really soon. Starting weight: 336 lbs. Weight today: 209 lbs. Weight left to lose: 57 lbs.

Happy Rebirthday Beverly, wow lady you look fantastic. I don't know where you're carrying 209 lbs, you look way smaller than that. Congrats on a wonderful year. Best wishes, Dana
