Can you all beleive that it is almost ayear??? really i can not! Life has changed so much for me..really im sure you all know! going in i was 355 now i am 202...and i am 5' 11" it is so great! how are you all doing with food..like what can you eat....like ok for me a treat would be 1/4 of a sub...... is that to much do you think???? i know i know carbs are bad..but im talkimg a treat!!!! and it really is not that much!!! heheh but ya do you should i be able to fit more in by now??? Consider yourself lucky to only be able to fit that much!! Good for you! I have hit a serious platue and I know it is because I have not been exercising like I did in good weather! I can't wait for spring! But that is no excuse I know! Congrats on your success! Kristin

Kate, this is what I had yesterday. b-2oz of cheese s-2oz of cheese l-2 bites of mashed pots 1oz chicken pattie and 1/4 cup of veggies s-2oz of cheese d- one slice of pizza and a few bites of salad faith 389/226/180

Hi Katie, it is unbelieveable that our first year Re-birthday is right around the corner, time sure flies when we're having fun . Ok, this isn't my typical day but this is today's intake....that time of the month I can always eat more. Little heavy on the carbs today but hey a treat every once in a while doesn't hurt as long as I do it knowing tomorrow will be a new day. Pre-breakfast - 3 cups coffee w/Slimfast Low Carb B - 1/2 sausage patty S - 1/3 Power Crunch bar L - salad w/romaine lettuce, tomato, cheese and turkey pepperoni w/ranch dressing S - 2 small pieces of pineapple, 2 grapes & 1/2 small apple w/lite cream cheese, lite cool whip and splenda D - 2 tbls rice w/split peas and 1 very small piece of ham S - matrix chocolate protein with Fat Free Carb Countdown Congrats on an amazing year. Kate, It sounds like you are doing fine! I started out at 362 and am now 208. I've been stuck here for 4 or more weeks. Have you hit a plateau? I feel like I eat too much sometimes, but I think that's also because we could eat so little before. I can eat 1/4 to 1/3 of a sub when my hubby and I split one every once in a while. I think it's OK to have a carb-y treat a couple of times a week. My favorite thing is pizza. The kind we get is really thin crust and I can eat a slice and a half and I don't feel really full afterward. Last night, I ordered extra cheese and tried to eat the same amount and felt really sick for an hour after. At least I know the pouch still works. Today, I had a slice of pizza for breakfast, a protein cappuccino for a snack and I just had a lasagne frozen dinner for lunch. For dinner tonight (we work late so as a staff we order sandwiches) I usually get a chicken cheesesteak -- they use grilled chicken and I'll be able to eat 1/3 of it -- about 4 inches. I just make sure I stay under 1,300 calories for the day and I will do that even having the cheesesteak. I feel great and I pray more weight will start to come off. I go to Curves four times a week and walk three miles on my treadmill the other two days. I take Sunday off from exercise. Today is a weird day for eating, just so posters don't think I eat junk everyday. We work at a newspaper where Tuesday is the deadline. I usually eat a lean cuisine for lunch and have a big salad at home for dinner. Does everyone have the same thing where it seems you can eat a lot of salad?? Well, Kate, I just wanted to let you know it sounds to me like you are doing fine!
