What is the treatment for stomach flu?

Hi, it's that season again...my family has the old stomach flu bug. So far my husband and I are the only ones not sick...I pray all the good stuff I've been doing for myself will keep me healthy. And if the bug bites - do I treat it different than when I had a large tummy? You all know the drill...ginger ale stirred down, fluids, etc. I pray that I don't get this flu that is going around...just scares me even to think about it...esp. the throwing up.
