what are you eating these days
Well, breakfast was my vitamins and a bar (Quaker chewy 100 calorie peanut butter and chocolate chunk) and about 1/2 cup water.
Lunch was an all you can eat chinese buffet where I ate:
about 1/3 cup of salad with cheese and ham and 1/4 of a hard boiled egg and about 1/2 Tablespoon of french dressing.
2 cherry tomatoes
1 bite of pineapple
3 bites of pear
1 sliver of apple
(can you tell I wanted some fruit?)
3 bites of Lo Mein
2 bites of pepper chicken
3 bites of mashed potao
4 bites of honey chicken
1 bite of green beans
1 glass of unsweeted iced tea
Who knows what dinner will be - lunch sounds llike a lot but then i just put a bit or so of anything that catches my fancy all in all it doesnt add up to what I used to eat preop lol. They are making money off me when I come now! (vs. me eating them out of it all like I used too haha)
I DO need to work on getting in more liquids tho.

Breakfast- weight control oatmeal, cinnamin flavored
Lunch- two eggs with cheese cooked in microwave
Snack- cheese and peanut butter crackers (4) couple pieces of cauliflauer
Dinner- 3/4 cup of chicken breast cooked with onion in water.
Snack- 3/4 cup of chicken breast cooked with onion in water.
Usually I eat popcorn for my evening snack but think I was lacking on protein a little bit.
20 oz of water
36 oz of coffee
20 oz hot tea
I am terrible about exercise now that it has got so cold.
