Faith, I like to see what others are eating to, I feel like I'm eating to much now but the calories, protein and carbs are ok.
B - 5 oz oatmeal w/vanilla very berry protein
S - Slimfast Low Carb protein drink, 1 donut hole
L - 1 chicken drumstick (baked), 2 tbsp. mash potatoes, 2 tbsp. green beans
S - 3 bites S/F cherry cheese cake
D - 3 oz steak, lettuce w/shredded cheese and ranch dressing
I've got the munchies, I really need to up my water. I've drank 64 oz today and working on more now.

my menu is pretty much the same everyday (mon-fri) except dinner:
today i had:
B - pure protein bar
L - 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese, 1/2 c. cinnamon apples, string cheese
D - 2.5 oz balsamic chicken, 1/4 c. mixed veggies, 1/2 c. cinnamon apples
all my vitamins....about 100 oz water. and 1 pot of decaf coffee
that's my menu...i'm stuck on the same thing right now...i love my cottage cheese w/apples
I can definitely eat more than i used to also but my calorie intake is still low.

I like reading these, too! Here is my yesterday.
B - 8 oz choc Moo-topia (HEB milk) w.scoop of Any Whey protein
S - Raspberry Blue Bunny Carb Freedon yougurt
L - 3 slices oven roasted turkey (deli) slice of cheese
S - power crunch protein bar
D - 4 oz baked chicken breast, green beans
80 ozs water
24 ozs Hawaiin Punch lite with Any Whey protien added
I exercised for an hour and 15 minutes. 30 minutes treadmill, nearly 2 miles! Then abs, butt and upper body work. Finished with 15 minutes on the bike.
Some days it feels like so much food when I see the list on Fit Day! But I stay within my limits. I also remind myself of what I was eating a year ago! Gosh, I could eat most of a large pizza by myself! And then look for dessert!
We have sure all come a long way, huh? What an amazing journey we've had.
