Stuck... and worried...
I was doing great... and in July hit the century mark... very cool... then shortly thereafter my brother in law died and my whole family went into a tail spin... so here I sit 3 months from since I hit the century mark and I have not lost a pound... I have not had my period.. .and I feel like I am eating right... and now here are the holidays... which are tough.. as my sister and my nieces are struggling to get thru them... and the worst part is... my previous comfort was food.. and I don't have that.. yet I am not losing weight... is there something wrong with me?
Yolanda, I am sorry to hear about your BIL, I will keep your family in my prayers, may everyone find comfort and peace in God.
Can you give us an idea of what your daily food intake is? How much water you're drinking, what about exercise? Maybe we can help you more if we have something to go on.
I track my food intake in www.fitday.com. My daily goal is to get at least 60 grams of protein, 30 or less grams of carbs and fat, and calories at between 700-900. I also drink a minimum of 80 oz of water a day.
I don't think you're done losing, however, at 9 months out it takes more work on our part to continue losing. You should still lose just slower than the loss during the first 6 months.
