Food??!
Katie, first off congratulations you look fantastic.
I still try to focus mostly on dense protein especially for lunch and dinner, this is a typical menu for me.
Breakfast - 1/2 c. cottage cheese or 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon
Lunch - Chef salad with lots of protein
Dinner - 2-3 oz of meat and 1/4 c. vegetable
I do find myself getting hungrier lately and if I do feel the urge to snack I'll water load and wait about 30 minutes, if I still feel hungry then I'll eat 1/2 protein bar.

I eat mostly protein at each meal but sometimes the carb monster gets me!! Arghhhh!! I am finding that I am "looking" for snacks more...but I am trying very hard to resist the urge!!! I just look in the mirror and realize that the cookie or snack is just not worth it for me...but my new body is!!
