Hi,
I just wanted to Know what you all had for the day yeaterday. I meant food of corse. I had 64oz of water. salad w/ turky egg and cheese for lunch. and I had jerky couple of bites. and I ate toco salad for dinner. did I forget to say chocolate covered nuts. oh ya I had 12 chocolate covered nuts. I was a bad girl so I paid for it today on the scale. I am 1 lb up from yesterday. 246lbs. And I figured out how to put a ticker on my profile. Check it out if ya want to. I think its cool.

Let's see, yesterday I had........
8 oz chocolate moo-topia w/scoop of protein powder
blue bunny carb freedom yogurt
a little more than half of a kid's cheeseburger, top bun thrown away
2 slices of deli roast beef with 1 slice of provolone cheese
slice of colby jack cheese (snack)
SF popsicle (snack)
Plus I had 56 ounces of water and 24 ounces of Hawaiin Punch lite with protien powder added.

Hi Faith, watch those chocolate covered nuts, you surely don't want to dump .
My yesterday menu was:
B - 3 oz low fat cottage cheese
L - 3 oz pork loin w/mushrooms, onions & bell pepper
2 bites of broccoli & cauliflower salad
D - white bean and chicken chili
S - 2 wheat thins w/velveeta & rotel cheese

I dont seem to dump if I eat them a couple at a time. I dont pu**** but I can eat about 4 then I stop. So I ate 4 at 12pm and 4 at 3pm and 4 at about 530pm. But I dont need them. I will try not to eat any today. I need to just trash them but those girl scouts are so cute when they come around selling that stuff.
