8 month checkup!

I went to the doctor yesterday for my 8 month checkup and I lost another 10lbs for a total of 140lbs since my surgery (170lbs since 9/23/04) I was very happy for the 10lbs loss but I didnt get into onederland this month!! but good news is I am leaving for Aruba in 2 days so that makes up for not reaching onederland yet!! good job on the weight loss lisa! you're sooooo close to onederland! have fun in aruba...i agree a trip to aruba makes up for not making it to onederland. you'll probably get to onederland while you're in aruba! Steph 350/170/165 5 pounds to reach my personal goal nutritionists goal 143 (27 pounds to that goal)---don't think i wanna go there though
