or can be a weight gain after reaching our goal weight? Has anyone heard the same thing? I am almost at my goal and I am getting concerned. I don't want to put on weight after retraining myself to eat the right way. Thanks, deb k

Hi Deb, yes there can be weight gain after we reach our goals. However, if we truly learn to eat healthy 99.9% of the time and stay on top of our daily intake, water, and exercise ~~ it's controllable and won't get away from us. I'm allowing myself a 5 lb cushion one way or the other knowing that if I get outside of my comfort zone, I'll go back to the basics. Congratulations, you have done well.
