Hi Deb, yes there can be weight gain after we reach our goals. However, if we truly learn to eat healthy 99.9% of the time and stay on top of our daily intake, water, and exercise ~~ it's controllable and won't get away from us. I'm allowing myself a 5 lb cushion one way or the other knowing that if I get outside of my comfort zone, I'll go back to the basics.
