had surgery feb 1st...........

Hi all thought i would post and say how things are going.........i am almost 8 most post op and lost 110 i would like to loose at least another 30 but its slowing right down at this time........... i feel really good and have absolutly no regrets,,,when asked if i would do it again my reply is in a heartbeat I just put up my pic a before and after on my profile feel free to check it out it was from 2 weeks ago..........take care all

Hooray Tammy, you look great. I so understand what you are saying on the slowing down, we will lose more if we continue to use this tool we are so fortunate to have. I've been told numerous times the first 6 months there isn't much you can do that will prevent you from losing weight, from months 7-18 (for most) you continue to lose but slower and you have to be aware of what and how much you lose and then the maintenance is a lifetime lifestyle change. Keep us updated on your progress, you look fabulous. Dana
