Measurements and weight loss to date:
Hi all today is my Birthday,36 years old and feeling great!!!! I had my hubby do my measurements last night and was telling him I was frustrated because I've been gaining and losing the same 2 or 3 pounds for about a month. Well I broke out my file that I have all my bills and insurance stuff in (I write my measurements on the front of the file) and was like Oh my gosh 6/25 was the last time I did measurements and documented everything and I've lost 23 pounds since then so it made me feel better.Here are my beginning and current readings:

arms R 18 L 17 3/4
9/22/05 168 pounds size 11/12
Bust 42 (-8 3/4 )
Waist 34 1/2 (-11 1/2)
Hips 42 1/2 (-13 1/2)
Thighs R 20 1/2 (-5 1/2) L 21 (-5)
Arms R 13 1/2 (-4 1/2) L 13 1/2 (-4 1/4)
I've lost over 4 feet (53 inches)!!!!
I'm waiting on insurance approval for a breast reduction and only dreaming about being able to afford a tummy tuck. This is so awesome!! What a birthday this is!!!

Happy birthday and great job! Youre doing amazing! I just got my date for my work (tummy, arms, and boobs). Its expensive but thats what financings for! You only live once and you should enjoy your body while ya can! I wish my insurance would cover some of mine, but no chance so just biting the bullet.

Wow Janice - way to go. We are similar in our stats. I loved reading yours because I begin to dought if I am doing things right. Wow 90 pounds gone forever - how could I think it is not right. I know stinking thinking. I needed to read your post today. Have a great weekend.

Thank you guys for the compliments. I love reading everyones profiles and how great you are all doing! I was hoping to have lost 100 pounds by my birthday but at the time I made that goal I didn't know that my body fat percentage was as low as it is. My hubby bought one of those things to measure body fat so it takes in to consideration you lean body mass which is muscle . Well it said a couple of weeks ago I was normal now it says I am ideal. Mark says if I get to 160 I will be in the lean catagory because I have so much muscle. We have always lifted weights and normally when you lose a lot of weight you lose strength but I have lost 90 pounds but still lift the same amount. I haven't lost any strength which actually means I have gained muscle. WOO HOO! You can have your body fat measured at most fitness centers, it is cool and very encouraging if you are lifting weights.

I haven't figured out how. I know there is a post about how to do it but I haven't had the time. I don't have my pics anywhere that would have a url they are just on my computer. I'll have to take a day to figure it all out. I love doing my profile so it would be nice to have pics on it. Maybe someday when I'm not running around so busy all the time. I do love looking at others pics so would love to have mine available. I promise I'll work on it.
