Tummy Tuck Time!!!!

Yeah!! I just came back from my almost seven month follow-up appointment. I now have officially lost 83 pounds! But the best part of the appointment was that my doc took the pictures for insurance purposes........A Tummy Tuck request! I am so excited and ready for the next phase of this weight loss process. If you would have told me seven months ago that this is where I would be now, I would have never believed you. I hope all my fellow Februarians are doing as well and are as excited about their loss as I am! Thanks for listening! Diana

Hi Diana Congrats on the weight loss. Good luck with the tummy tuck I have lost 100 lbs since my surgery Feb 9, 05. I dont know if I am ready for a tummy tuck yet and my ins. probably wont pay for it. Congrats again good luck. Cheryl

Good for you! Its great that your Dr. was thinking of this for you. I was just telling my sister that the next time I go I think I will have them start the picture taking and documation we need to get this done. Lots of luck to you Goldie

Diana, Thats great news!!!! My insurance wont cover tummy tucks so I'm gonna just self pay and not mess with em. I go this Tuesday for my consult to see how much this is gonna cost me. I figure I'll wait till February to actually have it done. That way I can ask grandma and mommy for some "birthday" money along with what Ive beens saving since I had bypass lol! I have a good shot with them since they both want to help (and my birthday is Feb 3rd too) and theyve seen what my tummy looks like. Good luck!!!!!!!
