I know how you feel! I have been waking up at 4AM and then pretending to sleep the next 3 hours. Tossing and turning a lot. I just wake up and feel rested but that is WAAAYYY too early for me! I too hope this shall pass...

Hey Meryl! I have the same problem! And have had it ever since I reached 70 lbs. lost. I think it just might be that we don't require as much sleep as we used to, with all of the extra energy. This may not be an answer, but at least we can comisserate together! LOL! Happy Sunday! Here's to good sleep! Luv, kath

I don't know about everyone else but I wake up with so much energy I can hardly contain myself. It appears that with the weight loss I do not require as much sleep as in the past. Who knows - it could be all of the vitamins. Have a great day. Sarah

I certainly can relate. The last two weeks it's become worse with waking up around 1 or 1:30 am. It sure does make for a very long day! I've had this problem since surgery. The doctors don't really know what is the cause of it. But the more I read the more I wonder if it's not from the change in hormone level. Any ideas? Stephanie
